The three questions everyone's asking

Does the 2027 rule apply to me?

If you're in the 9-county Bay Area, yes — but your current heater is fine. The rule only kicks in when you replace. After Jan 1, 2027 the new one must be zero-NOx (a heat pump, for almost every home).

What will it actually cost?

Most heat-pump installs land in a few-thousand-dollar range — the big swing is your electrical. A 120V plug-in model can often skip the panel upgrade older homes dread.

Are there rebates?

Some — and we'll only show you the ones that are actually open today.

Straight talk: the federal $2,000 credit ended Dec 31, 2025. Anyone still advertising it is quoting you 2024. We show today's real numbers.
